Nurulain Isa has held various roles in software quality assurance and testing throughout their career. They began as a Test Engineer at U Mobile in 2010, then moved on to Xchanging as a Test Engineer in 2012. In 2013, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Performance Test Engineer. They then returned to U Mobile in 2015 as a Software Quality Assurance Lead and held this position until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Setel as a Quality Assurance Specialist. Currently, they are working at Maxis as a Software Quality Assurance Lead since 2021.
Nurulain Isa attended Multimedia University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
