Suhanthi Dass possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Head of Contact Centre at Maxis Communications Bhd since November 2008. In this role, Suhanthi is responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of the Customer Contact Centre, ensuring high-quality service delivery to a customer base of 14 million while maintaining cost-effective operations. Prior to this, Suhanthi held various leadership positions at HSBC Data Processing Malaysia and HSBC Malaysia, including Head of Quality Assurance & Compliance and AVP Contact Centre Operations for the Asia Pacific region. Earlier career roles include managerial positions at DiGi Telecommunications and American Express International, where Suhanthi managed call center operations in Singapore and Malaysia. Suhanthi's educational background includes a degree in Music from the Royal School of Music in the UK, complemented by an earlier education at Bukit Bintang Girls School.
