Harry Ghumman

Harry Ghumman is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Maxis Clinical Sciences since January 2023. In this role, Harry manages both domestic and international assignments for prominent Life Sciences clients globally. Prior to this, Harry held the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant at Maxis Clinical Sciences from June 2021 to January 2023, and has extensive experience within the Life Sciences sector through various leadership roles at Marcus & Associates and other organizations. Additional experience includes a tenure as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at DAMAC Properties, as well as several positions focused on talent acquisition and analysis at prestigious firms such as Ernst & Young, Heidrick & Struggles, and Evalueserve. Harry holds a post-graduate degree in HR and International Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, as well as diplomas in Business Spanish from Instituto Hispania.
