Aviad Ben-Haim

Aviad Ben-Haim is a VLSI manager and chip leader at MaxLinear, where they oversee project management and team leadership. Previously, they worked as a VLSI Chip Design Engineer at Microsoft, specializing in mixed-signal ASIC design and full RTL-to-GDSII ownership. Aviad began their career as a Software Engineer at ConteXtream and held several engineering roles, including RF System Engineer in the Israeli Defense Forces and Hardware System Engineer at Unit 8200. They hold an M.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
