Scott A. Finlay

Scott A. Finlay has a long and varied career in the business world. Scott A. started their career in 1983 as a Company Commander with the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment. In 1986, they joined Lehman Brothers as a Managing Director. In 1997, they moved to CIBC World Markets as a Managing Director. In 2004, they co-founded and became CEO of MaxMD, a leader in secure healthcare information technology and interoperability solutions. In 2012, they founded and became CEO of MaxSignatures.com, a company designed around the concepts of easy work flow integration, multi-factor signer authentication, and unalterable document integrity.

Scott A. Finlay attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1975 to 1979, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
