Mike Thompson

Mike Thompson has over 28 years of experience in financial management, currently serving as Controller and previously as Accounting Manager at MAXON Lift Corp since October 1995. Responsibilities include overseeing all financial functions, preparing monthly financial statements, managing sales and use taxes, billing, collections, insurance, payroll, and accounts payable, as well as providing critical financial data for company management. Prior to this role, Mike served as a Corporal and Field Wireman in the United States Marine Corps from September 1988 to July 1994. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Cerritos College (1996-1998) and attendance at California State University, Los Angeles (1998-2000), following a high school diploma from Ulysses S Grant High School (1986-1988).
