Disha Roy Choudhury

Disha Roy Choudhury is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in digital media. Currently a Features Writer at Maxposure Media Group since August 2023, Disha previously worked at Apeejay Education Society from November 2021 to July 2023, holding the positions of Principal Correspondent and Senior Correspondent for Apeejay Newsroom, where Disha focused on developing education-related content and promoting the brand through event coverage. Prior experience includes roles at The Indian Express from August 2018 to October 2021 as a Senior Sub Editor and Sub Editor, specializing in human-interest stories and parenting content. Disha also contributed to India Today as a Sub Editor in the Lifestyle and Travel sections and served as a Content Writer and Project Executive at Fairfest Media Limited. Disha holds a Master’s Degree in English Literature from the University of Delhi, a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, and an Advanced Certification in Digital Marketing and Communications from MICA.
