Josef Hackl has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Josef began their career as an intern at IBC Solar AG in 2010. Afterward, they worked as a Project Engineer at iTEM Ingenieurteam für Energie und Umwelttechnik München in 2012 and NEAG Neue Energie AG from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, they joined P3 Group as a Test Engineer, later transitioning to a Systems Engineer role from 2017 to 2019. From 2020 to 2022, Josef worked at Memodo GmbH, initially as a Produktmanager and then as the Teamlead Memodo Academy. Currently, they hold the position of Teamlead Technical Sales at MaxSolar GmbH, starting in 2023.
Josef Hackl completed their Bachelor's degree in Regenerative Energien - Energietechnik from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences from the years 2007 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from the same university, which they completed from 2013 to 2015.
