Andrew Dicker

Andrew Dicker has worked for two companies, MaxSold and STARTEK, over the past twelve years. Andrew began their career with STARTEK in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative and later became a Quality Assurance Specialist. In 2018, they joined MaxSold as a Technical Product Manager and subsequently held the roles of Senior Operations Analyst, Operations Manager, Auction Administrator, Operations Coordinator, and Customer Service Representative.

Andrew Dicker is a graduate of St. Lawrence College, where they studied Computer Engineering Technology/Technician. Andrew also holds two certifications from the Scrum Alliance: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), obtained in December 2022, and Scrum Master Certified (SMC), obtained in May 2022.
