Braulio Lalau de Carvalho has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. In their most recent positions as CEO of Maxtrack and Denox Tecnologia, they focused on transforming companies into service-oriented models and implementing agile management practices. Prior to that, as CEO of Orbitall, they were responsible for internal planning, goal setting, and communication coordination. Earlier in their career at Stefanini Brasil, Braulio held key positions such as Global Vice Presidente of Delivery and Global Vice President of Applications, where they managed large teams and ensured customer satisfaction. Braulio also served as a Columnist at Portal Santander - Negócios & Empresas, a Counselor at Agipag, and held positions at CTBC and Oi/Telemar, where they demonstrated their project management expertise. Braulio Lalau de Carvalho completed a Leadership Transformation Program at INSEAD in 2019, focusing on Digital Transformation. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2005 and 2007. Their undergraduate education was in Information Technology, where they pursued a degree in Administração em Sistemas de Informação at Centro Universitário UNA from 1998 to 2003.
