Diego Augustus Santos has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Diego started their career as a Project Technician at Metta Equipamentos Eletricos in 2005 and worked there until 2007. Diego then joined Sênior Engenharia as an Engineer Trainee, where they were responsible for conducting energy quality studies and generating reports for engineers and customers. In 2008, Diego worked as an Electronics Technician at Circuito Digital S/A, where they maintained computers, players, and servers in cinemas throughout Brazil. Diego also collected customer feedback for product improvement. From 2009 to 2010, Diego worked as an Electronic Designer at ATI - Automação, Telecomunicação e Informática, responsible for routing printed circuit boards and overseeing their assembly process. Diego then joined TSEA Energia as an Electronic Projects Engineer, specializing in firmware, software, and electronic hardware development. Diego integrated electronics with supervisory systems and data acquisition and collaborated directly with customers and suppliers. Diego provided technical support, monitored production, and ensured customer satisfaction. In 2020, Diego began working as an Embedded System Engineer at Maxtrack.
Diego Augustus Santos obtained their first educational qualification from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais in 2004, where they completed a Technician degree in Electrical and Industrial Automation. Subsequently, they pursued their undergraduate studies at PUC Minas from 2005 to 2009, earning a degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. After a gap of two years, in 2011, Santos returned to PUC Minas to pursue a post-graduate degree in Software Engineering, which they completed in 2012.
