Alistair Badham

Al started in recruitment in 1999, starting as a trainee recruiter, before becoming a team manager followed by a BD manager before moving over to Commercial Operations in recruitment.

Al is joining Maxwell Bond as our Operations Manager, and will be involved with sales, commercials, internal recruitment and will be developing leaders to organically grow business from within.
