Chris Beard is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as Associate Director at Maxwell Bond since November 2022, overseeing permanent and contract teams focused on Software Development and the IT lifecycle across the UK. Prior to this, Chris spent over a decade at Roc Search, progressing through multiple roles including Senior Business Manager for the North, where management of three teams was conducted to recruit IT professionals in both the private and public sectors. Chris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Swansea University, completed in 2011.
