Previous roles at NorthPoint Development, Maxwell Construction, Management & Beyond, and PCL Construction have equipped Seth L. with strong capabilities in preconstruction planning, jobsite coordination, bidding, and project accounting. Seth L. holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati, enhancing the technical knowledge and application in the field.
