Max Freedman

Max Freedman has extensive experience in the real estate industry, particularly in the management and oversight of residential and commercial properties. From June 2019 to the present, Max has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Maxwell-Kates, Inc., where they oversee a portfolio of 206 residential multi-family properties. In this role, they are responsible for handling day-to-day finances, mortgage brokerage deals, asset and construction management, as well as maintaining client relations. Prior to this, Max held the position of Senior Vice President at Maxwell-Kates, Inc. from January 2012 to April 2019, where they managed various real estate assets, prepared budgets, managed payroll, conducted inspections, and facilitated brokerage deals. From June 2004 to January 2012, they held the role of Vice President at the same company.
