Mike Karpe

Mike Karpe is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in sales and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Maxwell Labs Inc. since December 2022, Mike focuses on commercializing innovative photonic cooling technology for high-performance computing and AI applications. Previously, Mike held positions such as Director of Business Development at Arctic Wolf and various sales roles, including Regional Sales Manager at Trident Engineered Solutions and Palmer Johnson Power Systems. Mike began their career as a Sales Manager at Fastenal and has built a strong foundation in sales strategy and market expansion, supported by education from Bethel University.
