Joshua Davis

Joshua Davis, CPA, currently serves as the Transaction Advisory Services Deal Lead at Maxwell Locke & Ritter LLP since June 2022, following roles as a Senior Associate and Associate within the same firm. Prior to this, Joshua gained experience as an Audit Associate at Weaver from August 2021 to June 2022, where responsibilities included conducting various audits for the oil and gas, government, privately-held, publicly-held companies, and nonprofit sectors. Joshua's early experience includes an internship at Maxwell Locke & Ritter LLP in 2020, focusing on IT Security and Compliance. Joshua holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from Trinity University, completed in 2021 and 2020, respectively.
