Candice Brett

Candice Brett is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at MAXWELLIA since November 2024, Candice previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Interim CEO at Faith In Nature, and served as the Financial Director. Prior roles include Commercial Finance Director at THG, Finance Director at HMG Paints Ltd, and European Financial Controller at Renold PLC. Candice's early career includes positions at BDO LLP, where audit management services were provided for a diverse range of clients, and as Assistant Accountant at Kudos Shower Products Limited. Candice holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic Leadership from the University of Chester and is a member of ACCA, with degrees in Accounting and Finance from Oxford Brookes University and Lancaster Girls' Grammar School.
