Maxwell’s Toy Box is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2023 by two parents, Dina and Senad, inspired by their son Max’s journey through leukemia treatment. After Max’s diagnosis at just 2 years old, they experienced firsthand how small moments of comfort and joy could make a difference for families facing childhood cancer.

Our mission is to support children battling cancer and their families year-round by providing Joy Packages filled with toys, books, and art supplies, along with Newly Diagnosed Family Bags that include essential items and resources to navigate treatment.

At Maxwell’s Toy Box, we believe every child deserves to experience the simple joys of childhood, even during the hardest times.
