Rich Gray

Rich Gray has extensive work experience in the orthopedics industry. Rich began their career as a Sales Representative at Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics in 2000 and worked there until 2007. Rich then joined KARL STORZ Endoscopy-America, Inc. as the West Region Sales Manager for Sports Medicine from 2007 to 2008. After that, they worked as the Director of Sales - West at Ortho Development from 2008 to 2019. From 2019 to 2023, Rich served as the West Area Vice President at NextStep Arthropedix. Currently, they hold the position of Area Vice President of Sales at Maxx Orthopedics Inc. since 2023.

Rich Gray attended California State University, Chico from 1992 to 1995, where they studied Exercise Physiology with a focus on Biomechanics & Kinesiology.
