Kim Mahan

Kim Mahan, CISSP, is the founder and partner of MAXX Potential, established in October 2012, which focuses on developing tech talent through effective apprenticeship programs. Prior to this, Kim co-founded and served as CEO of IntelliGraph, Inc. from December 2011 to August 2013, where contributions included app development aimed at enhancing learning experiences. Kim's extensive experience includes roles at Genworth Financial as VP of Emerging Technologies and Director of Web Strategy & Development, as well as positions at GE Capital, GE Corporate, GE Fanuc, and Chaperone Web Consulting. Academic credentials include an Executive Education & Leadership Training program from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a Master of Science in Information Resources Management, a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science, Management Studies, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from various institutions.
