Tony Merlo

Tony Merlo currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Rhyno Healthcare Solutions, Inc. since February 2024 and holds the position of Chief Knowledge Officer at Agile Edge Health since July 2013. At Agile Edge Health, a coalition of healthcare professionals dedicated to enhancing community wellbeing, Tony contributes significantly to organizational leadership. Additionally, Tony has been Managing Director at HealthSTAR Advisors since July 2008 and previously served as Chief of Staff at E78 Partners from January 2021 to April 2022. Other roles include National Practice Leader for Employer Solutions at Health Dialog (2003-2008) and Managing Director at Corporate Services Group, LLC (1997-2003). Early career experience includes positions as Principal at both APM, Incorporated and Selkirk Associates and Associate at McKinsey & Company. Tony's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Boston College and a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
