Vincent Truglia

Vincent J. Truglia received his BSFS from Georgetown, and his M.A. and ABD in Economics from McGill. He also attended the Università per Stranieri, Perugia Italy. He did graduate research at Trinity College, Dublin. He has been a Wall Street International Economist for over 40 years. He worked at NCNB, Irving Trust, plus Moody’s Investors Service, where he headed the Sovereign Risk Unit. He is on the board of ACRA, a Russian ra-ng agency. He is also a Sr. Advisor to the Kazarian Center for Public Financial Management, as well as being a Sr. Advisor for Maxxsure. Vincent has two children and lives on the Jersey Shore.
