Reema Banerjee

Reema Banerjee has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Reema is currently working at Maxxton as an AVP- Human Resources since October 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Associate Vice President- Global Human Resources at Maxxton (India) Technologies from June 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for the same company from October 2019 to June 2021.

Reema's previous experience includes working as a Sr. Manager- Global Human Resources at IndustryARC from March 2017 to June 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner- Banking BFSI at Wipro Information Technologies Ltd. from September 2013 to November 2016.

Reema also gained valuable experience as an Assistant Manager- Talent Management (Banking Domain) at U.S. Bank (Syncada LLC) from August 2010 to August 2013. Reema was responsible for managing overall HR functions and successfully led the company's expansion from 30 employees to 250 employees within two years.

Earlier in their career, Reema worked as an Assistant Manager- Human Resources (Telecom Domain) at EMsquare LLC from April 2009 to July 2010. Reema played a key role in setting up the product development division and overseeing activities in India and UAE. Reema also worked as an Executive - Human Resources (Financial Services) at IBH Process Solutions from April 2008 to October 2008.

Reema started their career as an Asst Officer- Human Resources (Unit HR) (Banking Domain) at Datamatics Global Service Limited. During their tenure from 2006 to 2008, they managed various HR functions and implemented PMS initiatives across two units.

Reema Banerjee obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Development from the Indian School of Business Management and Administration from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Office Administration from the University of Allahabad from 2003 to 2006. Reema's education history also includes completing their high school education, obtaining the H.S.C degree with a focus on Science, from Girls High School in Allahabad from 1985 to 2001. Additionally, Reema has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including certifications in areas such as HR management, leadership, and data-driven performance.
