Rajesh K. has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Rajesh is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at MaxxTrader, where they oversee the delivery of platform and software services while aligning with the strategic priorities of the company. Prior to this, Rajesh held various roles at Citi, starting as a UI Developer and progressing to Senior Engineering Manager and APAC Head of FX eCommerce Technology. In these positions, they built and mentored technology teams, improved processes, and fostered collaboration among team members. Before Citi, Rajesh worked at Credit Suisse as an Enterprise Architect and .NET Tech Lead, where they provided technical consultancy and led key projects globally. Rajesh began their career at United Online as a Web Application Developer and Data Mining Analyst, where they developed web applications and conducted data mining for reporting purposes. Throughout their career, Rajesh has demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills, consistently driving successful outcomes in their roles.

Rajesh K. completed their High School education at University Of Hyderabad Campus School from 1990 to 1997. Rajesh then pursued their XII Standard degree in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry at Vignan Vidhyalayas Junior College from 1997 to 1999. After that, they obtained their M.Sc(Tech) in Information Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani between 1999 and 2003. Lastly, they acquired a Post Graduate Diploma in Global Finance from The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2009 to 2011.
