Susanne Peltz, PCC, CPCC, is an experienced executive coach currently serving at INSEAD since October 2007 and at May & Company since April 2020. Formerly, Susanne held roles as a Senior Consultant and ICEO Advisor at Lee Hecht Harrison Singapore from January 2017 to December 2018, and as a coach for Fortuna Admissions from February 2014 to December 2018. Earlier experience includes working as the Assistant Director at the INSEAD Career Development Centre from October 2004 to April 2007, serving as Regional Manager for Swiss Education Group from November 2003 to October 2004, and as a Marketing Manager at Bertelsmann from September 1999 to February 2003. Susanne holds a Master of Science in Management from The University of Göttingen and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology with First-class Honours from The Open University.
