Matt Riley Psy.D., BCBA has a diverse work experience in the field of psychology and behavioral analysis. Matt is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Educational Services at May Institute since April 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Executive Director of the same organization from June 2020 to April 2023.
Before joining May Institute, Matt worked as the Executive Director at The Timothy School from July 2016 to June 2020. Matt also served as an Adjunct Faculty at Immaculata University from January 2017 to June 2018.
In 2011, Matt founded Behavior for Life, where they worked as the Founder until June 2016. Prior to that, they were a Behavior Analyst at Chester County Intermediate Unit from January 2010 to September 2014. Matt also briefly worked as a Behavior Support Specialist at The Vanguard School from January 2009 to January 2010 and as a Behavior Mentor at Chester County Intermediate Unit from November 2007 to January 2009.
Matt Riley Psy.D., BCBA earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware in 2000. Matt then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, which they completed in 2009. In 2011, they enrolled at Immaculata University, where they earned a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree in Clinical Psychology in 2016. Additionally, in 2010, they attended the Florida Institute of Technology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis.
