Alireza Golkarieh

Alireza Golkarieh is a highly experienced professional in machine learning and computer vision, currently serving as a Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer at May Mobility since May 2021, while also a Deep Learning Researcher at the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School since September 2020. Alireza has developed convolutional neural network algorithms for crystal property prediction and worked on deep learning algorithms for computer vision to analyze the UMMA dataset. Previous roles include Algorithm Engineer at Invisible AI, where Alireza focused on unsupervised learning methods in computer vision, and Software Engineer Intern at the University of Michigan College of Engineering, which involved developing object recognition algorithms for drone operations. Alireza holds multiple degrees from the University of Michigan, including a Master of Science in Engineering in Mechatronics & Robotics and a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering, along with a Master of Architecture.
