Erika Beltrán

Erika Beltrán currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at MAYA Consulting, having assumed this role in January 2022, while also holding the position of Vice President for Early Childhood and Families. Previously, Erika held several leadership roles at Leadership ISD from August 2015 to January 2022, including Chief of Policy and Advocacy and Founding Regional Director for Tarrant County, where strategic expansion and community engagement were prioritized. Erika's early career includes significant positions at the Texas Education Agency and the National Council of La Raza, focusing on educational policy and advocacy. Erika holds a BA in Political Science from Williams College and an MPAff from The LBJ School of Public Affairs.
