Alan Bilsbourough

Alan (he, him, his) proudly serves Maya as Vice President of Operations. After successful career in Higher Education, Alan was inspired to join Maya, allowing him to support the organization’s vision and purpose with his heightened focus on customer service, interpersonal support, event planning and communications skills. Originally from Southern California, Alan moved from the High Desert to the beaches of Orange County where he completed his Bachelor's Degree at University California, Irvine in Theater Production and Literature.

Alan is a proud member of, and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community. He has served in multiple advisory roles and in the coordination of many hours of volunteer work and education for the community and beyond. He relocated to Colorado in 2017 and currently lives in the South Metro Area of Denver with his partner, dog, and two cats.
