Mukund Iyer Rajamony

Mukund Iyer Rajamony has had a diverse range of work experience in the engineering and software development industry. Starting in 1999, Mukund interned at Caterpillar Inc., where they developed a tool for simulating boring bar chatter.

In 2000, they joined UGS as a Development Team Lead, where they led a team in developing various features and improving existing products. Mukund Iyer worked with C, C++, Perforce, and Finite Element Methods during this time.

In 2007, Mukund worked as a Project Manager at Sungrace Computers Pvt. Ltd., where they focused on delivering software services and achieving performance enhancements for CAD geometry.

Mukund Iyer then moved to Comet Solutions in the same year, where they worked as a Software Engineer. Here, they developed key features for Simulation Process templates and focused on enhancing product performance using C++, XML, NXOpen, Scheme Programming, ORB, and Rally.

Since 2009, Mukund has been working at Maya HTT as a Product Owner for the company's core products. Mukund Iyer has been responsible for handling approximately $8 million in annual revenue and has been involved in both in-bound and outbound activities, including proactive customer support.

Mukund Iyer Rajamony has a M.S degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University (1998-2000) and a B.Tech degree in Naval Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (1994-1998). Mukund Iyer also holds a Certificate in Project Management/Agile Project Management from McGill University School of Continuing Studies (2016), and a PGDBA in Operations, Quantitative Techniques, and Case Studies from Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning (2002-2006). Additionally, they were an exchange student at HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Fachbereich Schiffbau und Meerestechnik (1997-1998). Mukund has obtained several certifications including Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) from Scrum Alliance (2023), Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner from www.Scruminc.com (2021), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) from Scrum Alliance (2020), and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance (2018). Mukund Iyer also has training in AGILE from the Super Heroes Academy.
