Dalila Gomez Mendoza

Dalila Gomez Mendoza has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Front Desk Manager at Naples Bay Resort since November 2018. Dalila has also held the position of Assistant to the Vice President of Marketing and Operations, as well as Events Coordinator at Mayakoba since June 2016, providing high-level administrative support and coordinating special events. Previous roles include Sales Coordinator for special events at The St. Regis Mexico City, Welcome Desk & Whatever Whenever Agent at W South Beach, and Reservations Agent at St. Regis Punta Mita. Dalila holds a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism from Universidad de Guadalajara, earned between 2003 and 2007.
