Patrick Hallinan

Patrick Hallinan currently serves as the Director of Government Sales and Strategic Partnerships at Maybell Quantum, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Patrick worked at Tektronix from October 2020 to September 2025, where roles included Director of Federal Sales and Director of Commercial Operations. Prior experience includes serving as Director of National Accounts at Fluke Corporation from November 2015 to October 2020. Patrick holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Chapman University and a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, completed from 1987 to 1991.
