Mayborne Executive HR provides senior-level HR leadership and strategic people guidance to organizations navigating complexity, growth, and transition.

Founded by Brook Mayborne, an experienced HR executive and former Chief Human Resources Officer, the firm was created to bridge the gap between operational HR support and executive-level counsel. Many small, midsize, and growing organizations need experienced HR judgment but are not ready to add a full-time executive. Mayborne Executive HR offers a flexible, high-impact solution.

The firm partners directly with CEOs, executive leadership teams, and boards to support critical people decisions, mitigate organizational risk, and strengthen leadership effectiveness. Engagements are structured to provide clarity, stability, and experienced perspective during moments that matter most.

Services include:
• Retained Executive HR Support — Ongoing access to senior-level HR leadership without full-time overhead
• Interim HR Leadership — Executive HR stability and continuity during transition or vacancy
• Strategic HR & People Initiatives — Targeted expertise for compensation strategy, organizational design, performance systems, succession planning, and culture alignment

Mayborne Executive HR operates with discretion, sound judgment, and a steady executive presence. The focus is simple: helping leaders move forward with clarity and confidence in their people decisions.
