Brigette Lucas

Brigette Lucas, PMP, is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in product regulatory management across various industries. Currently serving as a Product Compliance specialist at Mayco Colors since June 2025, Brigette previously held the role of Regulatory Manager at Newell Brands from March 2021 to June 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing global product compliance for home fragrance brands. At Ashland, from January 2000 to November 2020, Brigette progressed through several key positions, including Manager of Compliance Solutions and EHS Product Safety & Stewardship, where leadership involved managing multidisciplinary teams, implementing regulatory strategies such as the Globally Harmonized System, and enhancing project management processes. Brigette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Capital University.
