Additionally, Dawn has a background in customer support at Mayden, where the emphasis is on enhancing the client and staff experience through innovative healthcare technology. Prior to Mayden, Dawn served as a Product Owner at Shaw Trust and also held positions as a Customer Service Advisor at Wiltshire Council and an Administrative Assistant. Dawn Bould earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from the University of the West of England from 2008 to 2010.
