Andrew Kugler is a Partner in the Government and Global Trade Group at Mayer Brown LLP, specializing in consensus-building and providing practical, business-oriented advice on complex issues related to disruptive technologies such as autonomous vehicles and ridesharing. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Counsel for Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren, where Andrew acted as a key liaison to major technology and entertainment firms, as well as developing legislative strategies and drafting various legal documents. Prior to that, Andrew was an Associate at Greenberg Glusker, representing major motion picture studios and growth companies in intellectual property and securities matters, and at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where defense of Fortune 100 companies against employment-related claims was a primary focus.
