Tarik Basri

Tarik Basri is a trainee solicitor at Mayer Brown, with experience across multiple legal sectors, including real estate, corporate & securities, litigation & regulatory enforcement, and banking & finance since August 2021. Prior to this role, Tarik was a future trainee solicitor at UBS and served as an associate director in EMEA Litigation at Herbert Smith Freehills. Earlier legal roles include disputes paralegal at Herbert Smith Freehills, a paralegal at Hackney Community Law Centre, and a gateway assessor/advisor at Citizens Advice. Tarik holds a Legal Practice Course degree from BPP University and a Law and French LLB (Hons) from the University of Sussex, along with a high school education from Highgate School.
