Tushar Pabari

Tushar Pabari is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the private equity sector. Currently serving as Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Mayfair Equity Partners LLP since June 2018, Tushar focuses on investing in growth businesses within the tech and consumer sectors across Europe and North America. Prior to this role, Tushar held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Headway Capital Partners LLP from July 2008 to June 2018, overseeing fund structuring, deal execution, and investor relations. Tushar also served as Fund Controller at Cognetas and as a Manager in the Private Equity Group at KPMG UK, where expertise in managing private equity clients was developed. Tushar began the professional journey earning a BA in Economics from The University of Manchester.
