He is also a co-opted member in the “Committee for members in Industry and Business” of the Central Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. CA Manoj Gouda after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant joined as a partner in M/s P.A. & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Bhubaneswar, which is a leading Chartered Accountant firm in Odisha having central statutory audit of various banks, statutory audit of Navaratna Companies, Internal & Concurrent audit of various private & banks and also a leading tax practitioner firm of the state. Thereafter, he joined MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts Ltd. as General Manager (Finance & Accounts) and got a promotion after 9 months to Assistant Vice President (Finance & Accounts). Over the past 22 Years, CA Manoj Gouda is associated with MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts Ltd. and he has held several leadership positions in Finance, HR & Administration, Purchase, IT, Corporate Compliance, etc leading various functional and cross functional transformational initiatives, implementing business strategies and driving digital transformation. He played an exemplary role in the framing the Standard Operating Procedure, Guidelines and policies of the Company as required from time to time and always takes a lead role in completion of the various management decision making process of the Company with due commitment.
