Sashi Sampad Surjeet is an experienced Pastry Chef with a career spanning over a decade in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Pastry Chef at MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts since January 2019, Sashi has previously held key roles in reputable establishments such as Silver Heritage Group LTD as Chef De Partie and in various positions at Vivanta By Taj in Guwahati, progressing from Commi 1 to Demi Chef De Partie. Earlier experiences include working as Commi 2 at Radisson Blu Hotel Guwahati and Commi I at Mahindra Holiday & Resort Limited, as well as foundational training in hotel operations and industrial training at Club Mahindra.
