Brian Otieno

Brian Otieno is currently working at Mayfair Insurance Company Limited in a role focused on claims and underwriting since May 2023. Previously, Brian served as a Finance Officer at the Ministry of Agriculture for the State Department of Livestock from September 2021 to January 2022. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Economic and Finance from Pwani University, attained in December 2022, and several certifications from the Corporate Finance Institute, including Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) and Business Intelligence and Data Analyst (BIDA), completed in May and June 2023, respectively. Brian is also pursuing professional development with the Chartered Insurance Institute, working towards a DCII in General Insurance from February 2024 to February 2025, and is enrolled in the Young Insurance Professional Programme at London School of Insurance - Africa Re from April 2024 to January 2025.
