Susan Melton

Susan Melton is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in healthcare technology leadership. Currently serving as a Senior IT Leader at Mayfield Brain & Spine since January 2024, Susan previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at HealthPoint Family Care, Inc. and Vice President of Information Technology at Dermatologists of Central States, where responsibilities included building high-performing IT teams and providing support across multiple states. Additional experience includes directing IT operations at Dayton Physicians Network, leading significant hospital information system implementations at McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital, and consulting through MidWest HIT Consulting, LLC. Susan holds a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology, along with additional qualifications in healthcare data analytics and ethics instruction.
