Wendy Riordan M.ed

Wendy Riordan, M.Ed, PHR, is a seasoned Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist currently with Mayfield Brain & Spine since 2022. With extensive experience in educational program management, Riordan previously held roles at the University of Cincinnati where responsibilities included overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, and training for over 500 students. Additionally, Riordan developed and implemented innovative academic programs and mentored prospective teachers as a Student Teaching Supervisor. Prior experience includes management roles in real estate and employee staffing across various sectors, including a significant contract with the Department of Defense in overseas talent acquisition. Wendy Riordan holds a Master of Education in Special Education and a Bachelor of Science in College of Human Services from Ohio University.
