Keondria Jooste is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as the Middle School Dean at New Roads School, where responsibilities include fostering a positive class culture and overseeing grade-wide activities. As the Director of Summer Programming, Keondria ensures alignment with the school's educational philosophy while managing all aspects of the summer program. A certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consultant with over 10 years in education, Keondria works as a Global Ambassador for The Gibson Group Consulting, promoting DEI principles within mission-driven organizations. Previous roles include middle school educator at PS1 Pluralistic School and St. James' Episcopal School, as well as summer administration for Mayfield Junior School's Partnership for Success program. Keondria holds a DEI certification from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Sam Houston State University.
