Ivan Williams

Ivan Williams holds extensive experience in property management, currently serving as the General Manager of the Single Family Division at Zen Residential Ltd. since July 2021. Previously, Ivan held the position of Regional Manager and Operations Manager at Mayfield Management Group, along with roles such as Leasing Manager and Leasing Agent. Prior to Zen Residential, Ivan worked as a Building Manager at Greystone Residential Management Corp. from May 2020 to July 2021 and as a Senior Property Manager at Strategic Group and Har-Par Investments from August 2018 to August 2018. Ivan began a career in property management as a Regional Manager at Petra Management from June 2007 to January 2011.
