Panteha Healey

Panteha Healey is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem. Currently serving as Head of Business Development at Mayfield since June 2025, Panteha previously held leadership roles at Microsoft for Startups, including Director of Strategic Startups and Director of GTM Startup Strategy. Panteha also contributed as a member of Operators Guild from September 2023 to April 2024. Notably, Panteha spent nearly seven years at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in various capacities, culminating as Worldwide Head of Startup Strategy and Operations. Earlier career highlights include positions at Oracle as Regional Sales Manager and in enterprise sales. Panteha holds a BA in Communications/American Studies from the University of California, Davis.
