Leslie Jaworski

Leslie Jaworski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community life programming, reputation management, and data analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Community Life at Mayflower Homes, Inc. since August 2020, Leslie oversees the development and implementation of wellbeing and life enrichment programs for residents. Prior to this role, Leslie was the Director of Reputation Management at Hotel Grinnell, where responsibilities included managing digital presence and community partnerships. With a solid background in data analysis from Grinnell College, Leslie coordinated national research efforts and contributed to academic publications. Earlier experience included serving as the Assistant Director of the Media Fellows Program at DePauw University, focusing on recruitment and collaboration with the admissions office. Leslie holds a Master’s degree in Counseling: Student Affairs and Higher Education from Indiana State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from DePauw University.
