Hayley Cox

Hayley Cox is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Product Development and General Manager at Mayhew Tools since July 2021, Hayley has demonstrated leadership in various roles, including Production Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Aviation Program Manager at Garmin International, where responsibilities involved managing programs for Part 23 Aircraft. Hayley's tenure at Rockwell Collins spanned five years, culminating in the role of Strategic Program Test Director, with significant contributions as Systems Test Lead and Agile Product Owner for critical aerospace platforms. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa, as well as a background in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, complemented by a high school diploma from Deerfield Academy.
