Davante Jennings

Davante Jennings has worked in various roles for multiple companies since 2016. From 2016-2017, they worked as a Skills Trainer for The New York Foundling, a Newman's Own Foundation Fellow for The Posse Foundation, and a Director of Program Operations and Camp Director and Program Director for Steve's Camp at Horizon Farms. In 2021, they worked as a Marriage and Family Therapy Trainee for La Vie Counseling Center and a Recruiter for mayk.it. In 2022, they became an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist / Associate Professional Clinical Counselor for Rise Psychotherapy. Since 2019, they have been a People Operations Manager and People Operations Associate for Alfred, where they manage the full life-cycle recruitment process and partners with key business leaders to align business strategy into People-focused initiatives for business growth and meaningful careers.

Davante Jennings attended The University of the South from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Politics with a field of study in Political Science and Government. In 2019, they began attending Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, where they are currently pursuing a Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a field of study in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling.
